Sesame Place® is the only theme park in U.S. dedicated to the award-winning television show, Sesame Street. Conveniently located just 30 minutes north of Philadelphia and 90 minutes south of New York City, this 14-acre theme park is perfect for families with young children. The park features 12 mechanical dry attractions plus 3 seasonal, dry attractions.

The park also features 9 water attractions, 5 interactive play elements and the Sesame Street Neighborhood — all perfectly sized for our young guests and all family-friendly. Everyone’s favorite Sesame Street friends are at Sesame Place including: Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, Bert & Ernie, Cookie Monster, Count von Count, Grover, Oscar the Grouch, Rosita, Julia, Telly Monster, Murray, Zoe, and, Honker and Dinger. There are three choreographed live stage shows, and a daily fun-filled Neighborhood Street Party Parade.

Oscar’s Wacky Taxi™ is a one of a kind wooden-steel hybrid roller coaster with a bright yellow, taxi cab inspired train with everyone’s favorite grouch at the helm. Thrill seekers of all sizes will enjoy the exhilarating first drop and plenty of air-time!

Water Park

Super-popular Sky Splash allows up to six riders together in a large raft as you glide under oversized toys such as an 8-foot Rubber Duckie (yes, an 8-ft. Rubber Duckie). Rising more than 6 stories, this wild ride delivers thrills, taking you from gentle “sky” ponds into accelerator slides and culminating with a final plunge into one great big pool.
